A companhia smartwear vende etiquetas RFID que podem ser incorporadas em peças de roupa e sapatos. Um detector potente permite localizar as etiquetas. A empresa publicita o sistema como eficaz para evitar o rapto de crianças e mostra uma animação alarmista no seu site. Exageros à parte a ideia parece boa e útil, digo eu, para localizar também doentes com Alzheimer ou problemas de memória e animais domesticos perdidos.
Se forem viajar para o ALLGARVE e tiverem crianças não se esqueçam...

PS- o sistema não impede que as crianças sofram danos e só localiza a roupa, não a criança. Não se pode ter tudo!

The company presents the product as an anti abduction system for children. It seems also adequate to locate lost pets and people suffering from Alzheimer or other memory loss conditions.
PS- The big flaws are that the system only locates the clothes and not the person himself and that the system does not prevent any harmful events that may occur.
